why won’t my password work?
The password you received in the Newsletter will begin to work at a specific time. Until that time, the website remains locked with a different password and customers do not have access.
Why the newsletter and password setup?
Oof. This is a great question. I use the newsletter/password format because having a full shop all the time isn’t sustainable and this format allows everyone to have a equal opportunity to grab the piece they want. I have gotten angry e-mails about being sold out and I wish I could make more, but this is how it goes for now. Thanks for understanding <3
Do you ship internationally?
Not usually, but I have made exceptions. Please get in touch with me to see if we can arrange something.
Is my mug dishwasher safe?
Almost everything I make is dishwasher and microwave safe (unless otherwise noted in the product listing). While I encourage hand washing because loading/unloading can lead to chips or accidents, I’ve been recklessly throwing my mugs and colanders in the dishwasher for years without any problems.
Do you offer classes?
Not currently, since my basement studio is unheated and has no sink. But folks send me questions all the time and I am happy to help out when I can.
What do you use to make all those holes?
While folks have suggested I use power tools, I prefer sticking with my semi-round hole cutter that is bound to give me carpal tunnel syndrome some day.
